Six Wheeler Electric Horns

 Six Wheeler Electric Horns was designed to improve the performance in the traditional design. The mechanical contact for turning on/off the supply to coil was replace with a electronic switch. This switch was controlled by a microcontroller that would oscillate the diaphragm at desired frequency. The salient features of the design were the range of input power at which the horn could work and making the microcontroller work in such harsh environment as the horn. Several innovations were made in this project like automatic tuning of the horn etc.
